Community Housing Partnership, Inc. is a 501 (c) (3) that has provided dignified, permanent, low-income housing to individuals and families in Metro Phoenix since 1984. Our 110 affordable housing units are conveniently located near employment and public transportation.

Statement

To create and deliver affordable and dignified housing opportunities in Metro Phoenix.

Vision

CHP is focused on working with our community to tackle challenges related to the lack of affordable housing:

  • Improving the standard of living for CHP residents by providing well-maintained, respectable, affordable housing.

  • Partnering with local organizations to refer CHP residents to needed resources.

  • Working to provide additional housing units to close the affordable housing gap.
