How do I know if I qualify for CHP affordable housing?

Beehive Property Management (BPM) provides property management for all CHP properties. Go to www.chpaz.org and click on, “Step 2: Beehive Property Management,” to begin the application process. How much is my monthly rent?

Rent is based on verified gross annual income. BPM can assist you with any questions regarding income eligibility.

50% Median – Very Low-Income (VLI) $864 $972
80% Median – Low-Income (LI) $1,129 $1,271

There is an additional monthly utility charge for water, garbage, and sewer.

Tenants are responsible for their own electrical costs.

Gross annual income will be verified upon submission of application and annually thereafter.

There is a onetime security deposit.

5. Do you accept housing vouchers?

CHP does not currently accept any housing vouchers.

6. What forms of rental payments do you accept?

BPM accepts online payments, money orders, and cashier’s checks.
